Shipping Policy

At Restoration Depot our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver items all over Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is dependent on the option you choose at check out.

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared within 24 hours after the order is placed, Not including weekends and holidays. Handling time can take an additional 24 hours based on volume due to Covid.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. You may choose quicker shipping options, curbside pick up or free local delivery if you require items sooner.
• Shipping cost: This refers to the cost to receive your items. Please choose which ever option suits your needs at check out. Price and options will be posted once shipping information is provided.
• Please note: Any returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless approved by Restoration Depot prior to shipping.
